$16.00

Information: This wellness practice is the perfect addition to any skin care routine with the many benefits this tool has to boost your overall health and leave you with radiant skin. Dry Brushing (aka) an Ayurvedic practice called "Garshana" has been used for centuries as a detoxification practice to support stagnant waste that gets built up in the body.

How to use: Begin every dry brush routine by opening up your lymph nodes to help support the drainage pathways. You can do this by massaging, tapping, or rubbing each lymph node. Guide for lymph node location above.

Starting closest to the heart and using gentle pressure. Begin at your shoulders working down towards the wrist using small, upward strokes. You will work each area by alternating sides (all of left arm to all of right arm). Next brushing up the chest towards the collarbone and around the breasts to the sternum. Moving on to the abdomen and back. From the spine, brush around toward the abdomen. From the abdomen, brush upward towards the sternum. Work from the groin to the feet. From the glutes, brush around toward the groin. Next brushing up the front and back of the thighs toward the groin working down towards the ankles using small upward strokes. End by opening the lymph nodes points again to help with proper drainage.
